This piece honors my time living in the chaparral landscapes of Southern California. While dry for a large portion of the year, they are full of a rich collection of fauna and flora. This piece includes a selection of the artists favorite including - yuca flowers, chanterelles, red tailed hawks, rattlesnakes, quail, and oaks.
